Join Ecotherapy for All for a season of energizing your role within your ecosystem. The Spring Emergence series will share ecotherapy activities and reflective prompts to explore how we move through the world, how we direct our attention and action to support our communities, and how we might reenergize for a new season of care for the places we call home.
Spring Emergence is a 6-week series that delivers invitations to reflect, deepen awareness of self and habitat, and reconnect with your own environment. You’ll receive an intention-setting guide for the season + weekly email invitations that explore themes of doing things differently on purpose, guiding attention, and sustaining spring’s energy to contribute to solidarity and community.
Let’s dive in together to direct this season’s energy with purpose.
